1. Product Orders

• All product details (type, specifications, size, capacity, model) must be verified by the customer before purchase.
• We are not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer.
• Images are for reference; actual products may slightly vary based on the manufacturer’s latest model or batch.

2. Delivery Policy

• Deliveries are arranged via third-party apps such as Porter, LoadShare, or similar.
• Delivery available within Bengaluru city limits only.
• Same-day or next-day delivery is attempted but not guaranteed due to traffic, rain, or app availability.
• Final delivery charges are confirmed at the time of booking and may vary slightly due to peak hours, alternate routing, or traffic conditions.
• Customers must share accurate delivery location and an alternate contact number via WhatsApp.
• Unloading is the customer’s responsibility. Delivery personnel are not obligated to assist.
• If waiting time exceeds the limit, extra charges will be borne by the customer.

3. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
• Cancellation before dispatch is subject to approval and logistics status.
• If the delivery cannot be booked, a full refund will be issued within 24–48 hours.

4. Returns & Refunds

• No returns or exchanges are accepted once the product is delivered and accepted.
• Refunds apply only if:
  • Delivery could not be arranged.
  • Product is damaged during transit and reported within 1–3 hours of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is provided without cuts or edits as proof.
• Without a proper unboxing video, no refund, exchange, or claim will be processed.
• Products that have been used, installed, or altered will not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

5. Warranty Policy

• All products carry manufacturer warranty as applicable.
• Pumpskart does not handle warranty claims directly.
• Customers must contact the brand’s authorized service center for warranty issues.
• Warranty service availability may vary by location.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Pumpskart is not liable for:
  • Delays due to delivery partner issues, weather, strikes, or traffic.
  • Any loss or damage once the product is delivered and accepted.
  • Product misuse, incorrect installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s guidelines.

7. Billing & Communication

• Invoices and delivery tracking are shared via WhatsApp.
• All official communications must be conducted through WhatsApp or email to be acknowledged by Pumpskart.

8. Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka courts only.

9. Product Information Disclaimer

• While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions, specifications and images, occasional errors or omissions may occur.
• Product details, pricing and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
