Deliveries are fulfilled using trusted third-party logistics platforms like Porter, LoadShare, or similar services. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order:
1. Delivery Timeline- We strive to provide same-day or next-day delivery depending on product availability.
- Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as traffic, weather, or logistics partner availability.
- During rainy seasons or high-demand periods, delivery may be delayed or booking may take longer.
- Deliveries are currently available only within Bengaluru city limits.
- Delivery charges must be paid by the customer and depend on:
- Delivery distance
- Weight of the product
- Delivery timing and location
- Exact delivery charges cannot be confirmed in advance; we can provide an estimate if requested.
- Charges may vary at the time of booking based on:
- Peak-hour pricing
- Traffic-based rerouting
- Long-distance surcharges
- Final charges are confirmed via the delivery app at the time of booking and may slightly change.
- Deliveries are arranged through third-party apps like Porter or LoadShare.
- Unloading the product is the customer’s responsibility.
- If the delivery partner is made to wait, the customer will bear any additional waiting charges.
- If booking is not immediately available, please allow some time for us to secure a delivery slot.
- If delivery cannot be booked, the customer will be notified and a full refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.
- Once the order is booked, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp.
- The invoice/bill will also be sent through WhatsApp for your convenience.
- Customers must share the correct delivery location via WhatsApp along with an alternate contact number.
- If the customer is unavailable or unreachable at the time of delivery, Pumpskart will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery.
- Re-delivery attempts will incur additional charges.
- Delivery agents will not open or install the product.
- A mandatory unboxing video must be recorded as proof.
- Any damage must be reported within 1–3 hours of delivery, along with the unboxing video.
- No claims or exchanges will be accepted without video proof or if reported after the specified window.
