🚫 No Returns / No Exchanges- We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered and accepted.
- Please ensure that the correct model, size and specification is chosen before purchase.
- We are not responsible if the customer orders the wrong product.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
- If your order has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation via WhatsApp — eligibility is subject to order status.
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- If delivery booking fails, a full refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.
- If the product is damaged during delivery, a refund or replacement may be issued only if:
- Damage is reported within 1–3 hours of delivery.
- A clear and complete unboxing video is submitted.
- The product is unused and installation has not been attempted.

- Warranty terms, coverage and service timelines are as per the manufacturer’s policy.
- No return or refund for incorrect product selection by the customer.
- No exchange or claim accepted for products installed, used, or modified.
- Ensure product suitability before placing the order.
